Robin Sharma says: ”Every problem has a solution. Just because we may not see it doesn’t mean it’s not there.”
My personal and business goals are very similar: finding solutions for problems and helping individuals, startups and organizations one at a time. These days everything around us is changing fast including our challenges. I strongly believe that we need to research and create solutions that can keep up with our constantly changing challenges. I call them “dynamic solutions”. We are so busy with our daily lives and businesses that hardly can dedicate time to finding the right solutions for our problems.
The challenge is that we have limited time and resources to only focus on what matters most. A big chunk of our time is usually spent on some recurring and time consuming tasks that could either be eliminated or become more efficient by finding the right solution. And that is why I believe founders should only focus on what they do best and invest heavily on Research and Development in early stages. With an intensive R&D, organizations would be able to discover and create solutions that will adjust and evolve as their challenges and problems do.
Pinterest is a great example. In less than a year it was getting more referral traffic for its users than existing advertising platforms such as Google, YouTube or LinkedIn combined. So if your product was targeted towards women and you did not even hear about Pinterest, you probably lost some business to your competition already. This means we need to be constantly looking at what is out there but at the same time we have to focus on what we are building in front of us. How do we do that?
If we all spend our best hours only on what we are passionate about and good at, we would all become the best in the world at our specialties. And as a result we would be able to master our craft in a shorter time.
Focus and time are some of the most valuable currencies these days, I passionately dedicate my time, knowledge and experience to researching and creating dynamic solutions for individuals, businesses and organizations.
